However, here are two that will go a long way towards accomplishing that goal.<br/><br/>Number 1 &#8211; Take Control Of Your Time<br/><br/>Now you can accomplish the goals that you&#8217;ve always wanted to , but thought you didn&#8217;t have the time for, without sacrificing time for anything else you are currently doing.<br/><br/>There is the age old cliche&#8217; &#8220;Time is Money&#8221;, but a more modern statement in today&#8217;s world is that &#8220;Time is a Precious Commodity&#8221;. Time affects every aspect of your life. Your job, your personal relationships, sleep, and the time you find for leisure are all affected by your ability to manage your time. After all, there are only 24 hours in a day, and that will never change.<br/><br/>It may seem that there is never enough time, but if you learn how to manage your time better, you will be surprised at how much time you really have.<br/><br/>Time management is not something that is taught in high school, and very few colleges include it as part of there required course studies, but it may just be the single most important life skill that you can have. I know that some will tell you that it is motivation that sets the very successful apart from the crowd, but I believe most of us have the motivation, we just don&#8217;t know how to find the time.<br/><br/>How many times have we said &#8220;If I only had the time, I would like to do that? &#8220;. And it doesn&#8217;t have to be about making more money or doing your job better. The underlying principle is that time management is not about doing your job well, it is about living your life well.<br/><br/>You should have time for everything. And everything means work, play, enjoyment, freaking out and just time to sit and stare; because that is when the most creative ideas are born.<br/><br/>Number 2 &#8211; Take Control Of Your Health<br/><br/>Now, more than any other time in our history, people are all striving to have the best, healthiest body possible.<br/><br/>The health and fitness industries are making billions of dollars every year on herbal supplements, fitness equipment, gyms, and special diets. If you watch TV or read magazines, there are always some intriguing ads and commercials asking for money for products to help you get into shape. While many of these options are good and healthy, others you should stay as far away from as possible. Recently popular over-the-counter diet supplements have been in the news, after a number of deaths were associated with the main ingredient used in many of these pills.<br/><br/>Now that you are ready to make a commitment to take care of your body, both internal and external, it is critical to your overall health that you do it the right way. You should find the means for both health and fitness that will help you lose weight and discover ways to maintain a better healthier lifestyle, and be in the best shape of your life &#8211; all the smart way.<br/><br/>On the inside of your body focus on herbal supplements, weight loss, dieting, rest, and everything you need to know about taking care of your body.<br/><br/>On the outside of your body, fitness includes weight lifting, running, sports, walking, plus things you can do to enhance, tone, and build muscle. However, fitness also has benefits for the inside such as great cardiovascular benefits among others.<br/><br/>By taking control of your time management as well as your health you will have done two important things to improve the quality of your life now and in the future.</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>When you stop and analyze your life, are you happy with where you are now? Are you doing what you want to do and living the life that you want to live? The chances are that the answer here is no.<br/><br/>Most of us tend to just float through life. We have dreams and goals but all too often we put them to one side and we let other things get in our way of achieving what we want. However, it really doesn&#8217;t have to be that way and there are three simple steps that you can take today if you want to improve your life.<br/><br/>Step One &#8211; Knowing What You Want <br /><br/><br/>The first step to changing your life is to know what it is that you want. This may sound like a simple step, but it can actually be a lot more difficult than you would first imagine.<br/><br/>Many people think that they know what they want, when in fact once they come to think about it, they actually have no idea. So to determine what you want out of life you should think about the following:<br/><br/>• What makes you happy?<br/><br/>• What are your talents?<br/><br/>• Is there anything you have always wanted to do?<br/><br/>Don&#8217;t think about the reasons why you haven&#8217;t achieved what you want as that will only give you a negative mindset. Simply list all of the things that make you happy and which you would like to achieve. Knowing what you want out of life is the first step to achieving it.<br/><br/>Step Two &#8211; Creating Realistic Goals<br/><br/>The second step to changing your life is to analyze what you want and then set simple goals to achieve them. No matter what it is that you want out of life, it can be achieved if you break it down into small steps.<br/><br/>If you would like a new job and you hate what you currently do then the steps you can take to change that can easily be broken down. First you need to decide what it is you want (see step one). Then you need to see what skills you need for that job. If you do not have the necessary skills then set goals to achieve them. Perhaps you could take a part time night course at college to attain the skills that you need? These days it is easy to get back into education and get the skills needed for any job no matter what your age. Then once you have the skills you can start applying for jobs that appeal to you.<br/><br/>If your goal on the other hand is to travel more then figure out where you want to go first and start a savings account. If you have trouble saving money then be stricter on your budget. Cut back on entertainment each month and added food that you do not need. It is surprising how much money you can save once you put your mind to it.<br/><br/>Step Three &#8211; Keeping Motivated <br /><br/><br/>The last stage to achieving your life goals is to keep yourself motivated. This is the main step which people have a problem with. It is all well and good knowing what you want to do and setting goals to achieve it, but sticking to those goals can be hard work. However, like the saying goes &#8220;nothing that is worth it is easy to achieve.&#8221; If you want something you have to work hard to get it. So do things that keep your motivation up.<br/><br/>If you are trying to save for a holiday then keep brochures of where you are going so that you can keep looking at it. Make an itinerary showing where you will be going and what you will be doing. This should help you to stay focused on what you want and you will then be likely to save more for the holiday.<br/><br/>Overall no matter what your goals, if you follow the above three steps then you can change your life for the better. It is all about keeping a positive state of mind and doing things that keep you motivated to follow through with your goals.</div>
